INGREDIENTS
500 gr pork leg
salt, pepper, pork fat (2 tablespoons)
2 tbsp pepper paste; piri-piri sauce least 2 glasses of white wine
little fresh thyme
3 cloves of garlic
500 gr potatoes
150 gr black olives
250g assorted pickles
a bunch of fresh coriander
1 chilli (optional)
PREPARATION
- Cut the meat into cubes and place in marinade. That add salt, pepper, pepper paste, 3 cloves minced garlic, tabasco sauce and pour a little white wine. Put in the refrigerator for several hours before preparing food.
- Peel and cut potatoes into cubes suitable high.
- Pickles finely chop. It should contain cucumbers, peppers and cauliflower, chives eventually.
